Shipping & Return Policy
Watch Band, coaster, and keychain orders (with the exception of ink filled bands) will ship within 3-5 business days. Watch Bands WITH INK FILL will ship within 5-8 business days. Ink Filled bands need extra time to cure, and are made to order. Earrings will ship within 7-10 business days. Unless otherwise specified your order will ship USPS First Class trackable shipping. Most orders are received between 5-14 days after mail date. Due to Covid-19 delays should be expected. Actual delivery time will be determined by shipping method chosen by purchaser. If you are in a rush, please choose Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
Shipping Warranty Information
We now offer a shipping warranty at checkout through Guardia One. If you decide not to purchase a shipping warranty and your package is marked 'DELIVERED' and your package is missing or stolen please contact USPS to locate your package. Island Jungle designs is not responsible for missing packages that are marked delivered in the event no shipping warranty is purchased.
If you have purchased a shipping warranty with your order and your package is marked 'DELIVERED' and your package is missing or stolen please wait 48 hours to allow time for package to be delivered. If after 48 hours your package is still missing please contact the shipping warranty company Guardia One to file a claim. Their email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Island Jungle Designs is not responsible for delayed packages once shipped. Once they are shipped, please check your tracking info for delivery estimates. If you have any questions please contact us.

We reserve the right to combine purchases and ship together without refunding shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL tumbler sales are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. BUT please contact us if you have an issue with your order. Shipping damage claims are expected within 3 days of package delivery with photos of proof. Photos need to be submitted with box condition and damage to item.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND WATCHBANDS WITH INK FILL ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN.
We hope you love your purchases however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn products:
- within 7 days of the purchase delivery date
- Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us with trackable shipping unless other arrangements have been made/offered (this applies to damaged items only)

Returns: You may request a refund as long as the request is sent within 7 days of your purchase delivery date, & the items must meet our return criteria mentioned in this policy. After those 7 days all requests for a refund will receive shop credit.
All Returns & Exchanges must be shipped with tracking number within 14 days of the purchase delivery date. After that returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment type that was used for the Purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days to see funds back into your account.
- Exchanged item(s) are shipped back to you for Free, one time per order / item.
- Return & Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility as the customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Return & Exchange Dept.
- Any Returned or Exchanged item(s) that arrive in worn condition will not receive a refund & the worn product(s) will be shipped back.
- Returns & Exchanges could take up to 7 business days to process but are typically processed within 2-4 days.
- If item(s) purchased were clearance items or any other item(s) marked: "All Sales Final" there are no returns, exchanges or shop credit offered on these items. These are all sales final.
- We cannot guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock (because we order limited quantities) in a different size/color. If this happens, you will receive in store credit or we can suggest another item(s) at equal or less value. No Refunds on Gift Certificates/Cards
- **Giveaway item(s) are non-refundable (They were FREE)
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ORDERS:
Our team checks for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also checks to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes.
Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the item. All reports must be made within 2 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages if a shipping warranty is not purchased. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If your package has been marked delivered and you did not receive it, please follow these steps:
1: Check with your mail carrier and neighbors to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address.
2: Fill out this form at USPS. Many times they are able to locate the package from GPS coordinates marked at time of delivery.
